1940's I.Q. Adult Intelligence Tester Kit  

 

This kit was produced by The Psychology Corporation led by David Wechsler who was the Chief Psychologist of Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital in New York. This kit contains many puzzles and other tests used to determine intelligence in humans. In addition to the tests, this kit also includes a hardcover book by Wechsler, test forms, Slide rules and additional items and paperwork. Please call  or write for a detailed description.

Original Horrors Of Orient Spook Show Poster

 

We have several cool vintage spook show posters and handbills in our collection including this one featuring The Horrors of the Orient live stage show. The show featured live appearances by the "Hollywood Wolfman" "Igor the Hunchback, a Living Zombie and much more!  This cardboard poster measures 13.75" x 22" and features a blank space at the top so the local promoter or theater could print date, time, location etc. The poster is an original printing that dates back to the 1960's. We have several other similar items in the shop...stop in if you are ever in the neighborhood.

Original 1950's Professor Alba Magic Poster

 

This is an original stone lithograph poster for Spanish magician and hypnotist Paulo Alba. Paulo was actually the second performer to use the name Professor Alba, his father Manolo Alba being the first.  When Manolo passed away in 1950, Paulo took over the act and toured Europe with the show until his own death in 1967. This poster measures approximately 13" x 27.5" and is in great condition. He was known as "The Man Who Plays With Death"
