1930s Art Deco Metal Dolphin Lamp

 

This fabulous lamp was manufactured in the 1930s by the Sun Rise Lamp Company of New York. The lamp is made of painted pot metal and the dolphin base measures 7.5" tall. The lamp is in very good condition with no cracks or breaks but shows show some wear and chips to the painted finish. It is in working condition with the cord still being flexible and without cracks.

Count & Countess Margi Dwarf Cabinet Card

 

This cabinet card features the image of "little people" Count and Countess Magri and the Counts twin brother Baron Littlefinger. The Countess was the first wife of General Tom Thumb, and traveled the world performing with P.T. Barnum's stage shows. After Tom's death, she married the Count and performed with him and his brother the Baron. The card measures 6.5" x 4.25" and has a pair of newspaper clippings attached to the back.

Yasgur Farm Receipt - Site Of Woodstock

 

This is an original paper receipt/invoice from Yasgur Farms Dairy located in Bethel New York. Yasgur Farms was the site of the Woodstock Festival. The receipt measures approximately 5.5" x 8.5" is filled out in pencil. (who knows maybe Max Yasgur filled out the receipt himself) The receipt has staining and soiling as well as some paper loss along the left edge.
