One of our favorite things at galaxie 13 is beat up vintage "Creepy" dolls. We have a large selection of these "cuties' who are looking for a new, loving home. Check this spot in the next few week or so and we will be featuring several dolls from our collection.

Vintage Robin Hood Marionette Puppet

 

Robin Hood is a vintage marionette puppet. Robin has a wood body, arms, legs, hands & feet while his head is made of a composition paper mache type material. 

Being a free spirit, Robin has cut the ropes that bind him, so his strings and crossbar are long gone. Robin stands approximately 19" tall. Opinions around the shop are split on Robin...some find him cute while other think he is a bit of a fright...but that's really for you to decide!

1970s Ditzler Paint Advertising Poster 

 

This vintage advertising poster from Ditzler Automotive Finishes PPG Industries. The poster measures 31.25"x22" and has a thin metal hanging strip at the top. The poster features fabulous artwork showing a beautiful young woman wearing a bikini top and cut off shorts standing in front of an early 1970's auto (looks like a Datsun) with a dog looking out of the window and some scuba diving equipment next to the car.
